What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 10 days, please mail us at contactus@wrapupskin.com or chat with our support team. We'll definitely provide you with the best solution.

In case you don't receive your order in 20 working days you'll get a full refund for your order.

What if the product has a defect?

You can request the same product replacement or can also request a full amount refund.

NOTE - Refund and Replacement can be only valid if you make the proper unboxing video and provide us the damaged product images in our mail at contactus@wrapupskin.com or you can fill out our refund request form within 24 hours after the delivery date.

When will I receive a refund for the product canceled in 24 hours?

The refund process usually takes 7 days and the amount will be directly credited to your account. In case you didn't receive a refund you can email contactus@wrapupskin.comor chat with our team. If we get any issues during the refund our support team will contact you.

Can I get a refund for the damaged product which I received?

Yes, We offer refunds within 24-72 hrs from the date of delivery. The refund will be approved in case of a damaged product received or a wrong product received only otherwise no other reason will be accepted.

Note: Video proof of unboxing the product is mandatory, without verification we will not accept your refund request.

Is a refund possible for cash on delivery product?

Yes, a refund is available for cash on delivery products after 5-7 working days.

What if I received the wrong product?

You can request us a full amount refund or we'll provide you with the same product at our cost after valid verification.

Can I cancel my order after placing it online?

Yes, You can cancel the order at the time of verification message or call for your order, after that you cannot cancel your order.

Can I change my product if I have placed the wrong product?

Yes, Before verifying your order at the time of verification you can change product if you placed wrong product.
