Refund Policy
When am I eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You didn’t receive your order within 20 working days.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please email us at contactus@wrapupskin.com or chat with our support team.
If your order doesn’t arrive in 20 working days, you will get a full refund.
What proof is needed for a damaged or wrong product?
A mandatory unboxing video and product images must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery for refund/replacement approval.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days and credited directly to your account. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, it may take 7–10 working days.
Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?
Yes, you can request a replacement for the same product at no extra cost, provided you share proper proof of damage or a wrong item received.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before the verification call/message.
- Once verified, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
How do I cancel my order?

Can I change my product if I selected the wrong one?
Yes, product changes are allowed only before order verification. After verification, changes cannot be made.
What if I want to cancel after verification?
Unfortunately, once the order is verified and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you have a return window?
Yes, refund/replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
