• Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

• Due to the custom nature of skins, returns are not accepted once the product is cut and shipped.
• Replacement/refund is applicable only in case of:
  - Wrong product delivered.
  - Defective or damaged product on arrival.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Bulk orders are subject to separate dealer agreements.
